Clinical Supply Coordinator
The Clinical Supply Coordinator supports planning and operational execution of clinical trial supply activities. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates with a background in life sciences or business who are eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic biotech environment. The initial contract duration will be limited to 12-months. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP Head of Supply Chain, clinical development team and external partners (CMOs, CROs, depots) to ensure timely and compliant execution of clinical supply activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day clinical supply activities in collaboration with CROs, CMOs, IRT vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor subject recruitment rates at sites and analyze enrollment trends to proactively adjust supply planning
- Track site- and depot-level inventory and coordinate resupply based on recruitment forecasts and actuals
- Support the maintenance of IRT systems for kit management, randomization setup, and inventory tracking
- Assist with documentation for shipments, returns, reconciliation, and destruction in accordance with GxP standards
- Help prepare customs and import/export documentation in collaboration with vendors and logistics providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Smartsheet, dashboards)
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
Necessary Skill Set:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across stakeholders and timelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with external vendors and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret recruitment data and adapt supply planning accordingly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools; able to learn new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
- Interest in clinical operations and pharmaceutical supply chain, or healthcare operations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Experience
Previous experience in supply chain or logistics within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not required.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, health-related, business, or quantitative discipline (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, public health, business, data science, or related fields
